I recently bought some bobbins for my new heavy duty sewing machine (with which I am totally delighted!) and both the product and the delivery were excellent. However, if I do have a criticism it is that I did not find it easy to locate the bobbins on the website.

Wow, where to start. Bought the quantum stylist after finding your shop. Lots of info to help me decide the model, great aftercare included which was a biggie for me. 10 yrs guarantee free. The lady who own the machine is 89 years old and has just moved back to UK from Portugal and she will be over the moon with this result, although a "cartwheel" may be out of the question.
